Know the LPBBA involved. Same Company.
Scott, it is a Bond Revocation prior to reaching the Facility, at that point one signs a Bond Surrender, surrendering said Bondee. Altho the party had FTAd the warrant issued, it had not been signed and entered into the system. The very reason that we (as Gary's Agents) attend Court here. Never let the grass get too green
In the State only two Entities can Revoke a Bond.
1. The Judge
2. The Bondsman
A Prosecutor must go thru the process of filing the Motion and having it signed by a Judge. Gotta have those checks and balances. Had a Detective try to pull a Revocation on someone. Arrested and held. Judge was called and my fella came right back out.
