I know this Justin Butler fellow. Have done many recoveries for him. He know's nothing about recoveries other than what he's heard, but he does have several offices in several states. His company basically writes anything that calls his offices. Steve Faircloth probably knows much more about this guy than me, but I stopped working his cases for reasons I won't get into here.
I seriously doubt he has ever made an apprehension.
