As usual, we have to wait until all the facts come out but it looks pretty clear that these guys may have been grossly incompetent.
The only question I really have is, are they licensed bail or recovery agents, or idiots that some idiot bail agent hired and sent them down to Georgia.

According to two of the media sources, their names are Khalil Abdullah and Kevin Roberson. Khalil Abdullah does hold an active private investigator license (License #7553). Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance License Search and Verification http://verify.tn.gov/Insurance Division Online Services http://tn.gov/commerce/tools.shtmlI'm not entirely too sure about these website links. I was unable to locate a bail license for either of these individuals. Perhaps Mr. Stiles might be able to offer a little bit more insight as to whether or not these individuals were properly licensed.

It is good at least that the media talked with Charles White of TAPBA to get an explanation that these guys were NOT bail agents!
