Absolutely happens... I have talked with people that have told me that a bondsman in another area of my AO has done the same thing but will not testify against him... I believe it.... there is no character, respect or ethics in much of this industry... those of us that strive to do this job the right way, see it all the time and yet... nothing is ever done to correct these problems... I have no idea whether this will ever be corrected... I do believe... unfortunately... DCJS has no teeth... a fact I have found out over the years... mostly talk but no action... I have sent information several times on similar type cases and nothing has ever been done... those that operate in an unethical manner continue to do so... basically untouched, uncorrected and unpunished... so, go figure...
