This evening was a sh i t show ! .. no sleep 24 hrs ...


One of my co-workers wrote 28 of these defendants..

No defendant had a bond less than $5000 each .. and higher in upwards of $50,000 +

I didnt actually get but only 2 of the hundreds arrested... but I was there for other unrelated bonds.. the corrections dept already works half assed.. this sting brought the jail to their knees.. and made them even more retarded than they already are..

An average day for me posting bonds is roughly $300 to $400 in executions ..

Miami Dade Corrections works at 3 different speeds.. SLOW .... SLOWER ... and STOP ..

That's nuts! It sounds to me like the members of the corrections staff are suffering from a serious lack of motivation and incentives.

Well I can sum it up like this .. there are 67 Counties in Florida.

66 of them are run by Elected Sheriffs that we the people vote for.

1 County in FL = MIAMI-DADE beats to a different drum.

Miami-Dade Corrections is run by a "DIRECTOR" appointed / hired by the Mayor of Miami-Dade, FL

So there is no Sheriff that will need to answer for poor work ethics of his dept cause NOBODY will get fired .. and No Election to worry about. So all these CO's dont give a rats ass .. cause although you can complain about them and file reports on them .. NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO THEM in the end.. except a little slap on the hand.

In the other counties the Sheriff facing re-election .. will fire or penalize that deputy / deputies asap as to not jeopardize his re-election by the local citizens.

If it were up to me and I was the Director of Miami Dade Corrections.. 75% of the staff would be terminated... cause they are a waste of oxygen. But sadly this is only a dream that will never come true.

The entire Miami Dade Corrections dept needs to be re-vamped and their officers held to a higher standards when interacting with the public and bail bondsman. Cause most treat us like we are defendants when in reality we are only trying to do a job just like they are and go home. This is why is takes hours upon hours to post a bond for a defendant cause they work so poorly..

Probably shouldn't say this but ............ whatever............. if this sting was run in certain parts of Virginia... half the doctors, half the judges and all the lawyers would be bagged.... I deplore 'dog fighting' and would absolutely lock up anyone involved in that... but cock fighting?... well, I tend to believe that many of the chickens in the freezers at Walmart came from the "pile" in back of the 'auto repair shops' up in the Virginia mountains...

... of course, I know nothing of this first hand... just hear say ya know...

... I think all those 'chicken houses' with the single roosters tied to each one.... is an egg layin' farm... and those country stores that sell those razor sharp tie on spurs... well.... just for show... sort of like those glass bongs and rollin' papers.... just for cigarettes and tobacco.................................. welcome to the south....
