Perris: Bail bond agent shoots pit bull

Gene, My son has an American Bulldog, specifically a Retta Razor from Chesapeake, VA. and because he lives in Prince George's County, her carries the dogs registration papers to prove it is not a Pit Bull. His dog is very strong but still a puppy and sweet as apple butter.

Sad isn't it when we have to "carry papers" to prove our dog is what we say . . . I had to do the with Zoe when I carried her thru Little Rock to the Vet Hospital to have her dental work done. As she is not a papered dog . . . my Vet gave me docs to prove what she is. They pull them out of the house here and shoot them on the lawn :'(
Some one mentioned Ohio here. They repealed their "ban" and instead placed into the Law the Vicious Dog Act which covers ALL Breeds . . .Large and Small. BSL does not work . . . it is not the Breed but individual dogs and their owners that are the problem.
