The story is factual and from the outside it looks like DCJS is regulating industry. However that is so far from the truth, there are still folks out there working bail enforcement without a license.

Comment to follow.... got to get a minute to respond to this.... phone call, gotta run... 8)

I have decided to let this one go.... the after posts pretty much say it all.... much better than myself.

Frankly, I get a bit tired of trying to support this industry... I have been at it for many years and it is extremely frustrating and it seems to be a losing battle. Political correctness and government agendas are obviously trying to bring our industry to a close.... by implementing their cures and pulling the process into the folds of government. I am getting older and the fight is hard to maintain. I fight the good fight on my own little level in my own little area but nationally, it is a hard uphill battle. There are still a few of us that try very hard to do this job right and ethically but the money and the drive for excitement motivates many and there is probably not a lot we can do to change that.
