Yet another article that makes the industry look bad. Accidents do happen but if you're not trained with a weapon don't carry one plain and simple.

That was not the best statement to make in open court insofar as it infers vicarious liability. Now that it is on the record it will surely be used in the civil lawsuit for wrongful death.

WHT? Why would anyone use a weapon that they are not familiar with or trained with!

If he had proper training and experience this whole situation could have been avoided.
