I know the neighborhood...its a shit hole. Sounds like they were getting ready to put the guy in their car when the shooter walked up from behind and shot them both in the back of the head.

Yeah, seems like that guy took advantage at a vulnerable moment in his cowardly ways and got them by surprise. All I can hope in this is that the SOB is not able to flee into Mexico, looking forward to hearing the news of his capture and a death sentence!
I'm new out here to Phoenix but just by passing through through there on my way to work tells me it's definitely not a good neighborhood or section of town. It always baffles my mind as to the thought processes of a criminal that leads to their actions.

I'm wondering the same thing the poster on that site was wondering.....WHY was this person even out ON BAIL to begin with, seemed rather dangerous and not one to be roaming the streets to commit more crimes. He seemed like someone who was not going to cooperate with the legal system and now through him two people have lost their lives by some other idiot that probably shouldn't be roaming the streets if we looked up his criminal records!

Yeah; I wasn't separating Phoenix Metro from the other cities surrounding it (I live in Peoria) so yes that is true!

I was just about to post this; I'm glad to see that the community itself got involved with assisting in identifying him and getting him exactly where he belongs. At 23 he sure was quick in life to choose the dumbest and most evil course of action a person could take.
