Procedure for apprehending bail fugitive located on American Indian rancherias in California. Are procedures the same as anywhere else? Are there additional requirements needed or are rancherias off limits? Do rancherias leaders get involved?

If I were you, I would contact the Reservation/Tribal Police and ask them how they want you to approach the situation. This can be simple or complex. Approach is everything. Usually, if you approach the authorities with sincerity and humility, you will find that they will assist you with your efforts. They may even hook the defendant up for you. Have all of your paperwork in order before you approach the authorities. Be professional, respectful, and courteous when you approach the authorities and you will most likely develop allies and assets. I wish you the best of fortune in your endeavors.

So Dwight, can you tell us a little more about yourself? Usually you wont get an answer to a question on your first post if you don't first do a proper introduction.

We don't know if you are the skip or the person hunting the skip without more info.
