I will post some photos of what we as Bail Bondsman MUST Sit in to wait HOURS AND HOURS to post a Bail Bond.. ( Last Night I waited 13 hours to write 1 Bond!! ) ..

There used to be 3 benches to sit on and do paperwork and wait .. then one broke and was removed... then there were 2 benches left .. one bench on each table has now since been broken.. and we are down to what you see in this photo #3 .. Garbage .. Homeless people Sleeping on tables / floors...(pic # 2 & 3) and going through the garbage cans for left over food or soda in bottles.. picking up cigarette butts to smoke off floor.. etc.. Not to mention the sewer / urine smell of the homeless people sitting near you that you have to deal with while waiting to get called to write your bond..

While I agree that those conditions are horrible....at the Los Angeles and Orange County jails there is no place, designated or otherwise, to sit and write up bonds. Whatever flat surface is clean, and not occupied, is what you got.
