I can see how Kevin arrived at his reply.

I think that it would be worthwhile to perhaps consider the possiblity that the language used to describe how a given case is closed is rather curious and perhaps in need of editing or at least clarification to avoid any confusion that, in my opinion, would spark the interest of a county prosecutor.

I was going to remain silent but, you know me. I changed my mind both Rex and Kevin have already said much of what I was thinking along with Don's post also. I can't add anything that all of you have not already addressed.

I do hope that he was in Rick's neck of the woods before 1999 after that it would have been illegal here in Arkansas. However most Law Enforcement would rather see some scum bag picked up and removed instead of giving some out of state PI trouble, most would give a lending hand and look the other way.

Thanks Big Daddy! That website is very informative, looks like I have some reading to do.

I agree Bob,

Most street cops would rather help get rid of someone (out of sight out of mind means one less report to write). The one's you will usually run into trouble with are the officers or the upper brass.

Here in Evansville, it has been known to happen that a person wanted in Kentucky who was not extraditable would just happen to be walking over the state line when a KY officer was there to pick him up as he crossed.

I'm not sure if it is appropriate to name names, but, at any rate, my appreciation is extended to the person who sent me the information on MS-13.

Thanks Again,

Rex
