Saturday, March 10th is when I sent the final count that I had. It looks like we are going to have a good turn out. Obviously, we all wish there were more going to be attendance - I realize that this is just the first step and others will be on board once it starts really taking off. The current count was updated today. So, even though it may be a problem if someone else still wants to attend, they can.
It just that I may not be able to provide meals for them as the hotel needed the final count last Friday. Also, the group room rate discount expired last Wednesday.
Those that are paid, are receiving the updated info as it comes in.
