I have checked the NABBI website for updated information and was unable to locate it. So I waded through the entire thread to assimilate the above information. Is it correct ? And how do we register ?

There is pre-registartion available on the NABBI website.

The details are still be worked out as far as costs - once these are determined the Nabbi website will be updated and a payment form will be created.

I will be out of town this weekend, but I will be working on the conference "stuff."

I can say for now that the registration cost will be $100. That will cover all the meeting room, food, and av expenses.

More to come next week.

Folks, I have crunched the numbers the best I can and taking into account the expected attendance numbers, which we need 50 minimum to be an effective association to start, the final registration cost is.........

$100.00

That will cover the meeting rooms, A/V equipment, Sunday reception and Monday and Tuesdays lunches. Dinner each night will be on your own.

So, here are the details again:
March 18 - 20, 2012

Group room rates $99 per night plus tax, that includes Saturday the 17th and through Tuesday the 20th if you want to come early or stay an extra day.

Phill will have the registration form online at the NABBI website. There is a tentative schedule on the site also.

Spread the word. Make your plane and hotel reservations. The hotel reservation group code is:

The reservation number is : 877-450-7711. Our group rate cutoff date is:
SATURDAY MARCH 3, 2012

After that date the room rate will go up to the current standard rate. In order for us to get credit towards our group block everyone MUST make their reservations under the group code.

We are able to get the meeting space for free by guaranteeing a minimum number of rooms booked and meals. Otherwise the meeting space would cost us thousands a day.

Because we are trying to change the image of bail recovery and even bail agents (bondsmen and women) lets make sure that everyone looks, dresses and acts professional at the meeting.

I am suggesting that we all dress in business attire. Casual or professional but absolutely no tactical or swat gear or clothing. In fact, during the meeting sessions, I would also request no company clothing.

Finally, lets leave all egos, past feuds, personal conflicts at home.

All my Business shirts have The Rose embroidered on the left side above the pocket T-Shirts, Polos and dress. I guess its back to holy pants and burlap sacks from the old days

Okay, seriously I will update the information on the NABBI website as soon as I can.

There will be a form on the website to complete for registration - currently there is one for pre-registration.

NOTE: All payments will be sent through the Cross Web Tech PayPal Account until NABBI is official and can get its' own.

I will be contacting numerous individuals to set up accounts on NABBI so that they may post in the NABBI News section (aka blog) to provide updates and additional information.

If you have any questions, please post them here until I can complete the sections of the NABBI site.
