Very sad, reminds us of the possibilities in our business. Remember folks, this ain't kindergarten or the garden club... we deal with some rather unsavory characters on a daily basis, sometimes we tend to forget that .......... hey........ for whatever reason... these people are in fact............ IN JAIL.... and their not all innocent....  Quote: a $350 payment received from McDonald. The receipt also showed an outstanding balance of $1,000 was owed by McDonald No idea of the size of the bond but $350 down and balance of $1000 is a bit lopsided... IMHO... however, I try never to tell people how to run their business... just seems a bit strange. Quote: Bail was set at $20,000, and he was released on bond. This was a previous charge and bond... wonder if this was the bond McNair had written. Again, condolences to all the family.

When dealing with Defendant's, like Luvonda stated .. they are not angels and good boys and girls.. most are criminals. When going to collect money I suggest you have your defendant(s) come to your office where it is a secured environment so the bad guy is on YOUR TURF and you are not on his (the streets) .. these criminals know we deal in cash daily .. so that is why it is important to never let your guard down. Be safe out there.. no money in your pocket is worth your life..
