I'm just curious why people right now are having same things with the police like a taser, handcuffs, badge, etc. They really pretend to look same with the police and the funny is they end up in a bad situation.

bRianex,
Please refer to the intro section before posting any questions.
Tell us about yourself so we know who we are talking to,some of us do our homework before answering certain questions due to us not knowing who we are speaking with.Cannot be helping out the "wayward souls" here.

I will give you the short answer to this question of yours though...I personally carry those items for the safety of myself, the public, and the defendant as well.I do not attempt to look or act like LE and that gear IF I am wearing it at the time, than there is a very good reason for it.Majority of the time I am not wearing any tactical gear but cuffs, spray and firearm are always on my person.Either visible or not.Situation dictates what I am wearing and how I display it.So there is your answer and again please read the introduction section and post one as well as a signature line as I am fairly sure you will not recieve alot of responses to your questions until that has been completed.

I'm with you Jay. Very good reply. I also wear what is approriate but not the tactical stuff. For over 10 years now I have never found a reason to. But, there's always tomorrow I guess. BTW... I'm not slamming those that go tactical, I'm just not comfortable with it.

Your experience listed explains why you asked the question. If and when you get some experience under your belt you'll find really fast why we carry cuffs, tasers, spray, firearms etc.
