Richard, I know that it is not Bob that you are Bashing.
You are just venting about something that no longer exists or even matters.
What does matter is what we do from this day forward.
However, when you state HOSTILE TAKE OVER you really need to get your facts straight - there was NO HOSTILE TAKE OVER.
THAT company no longer exists, but my company does and we look forward to to a NEW YEAR.

Bob and I have never been anything but honest with all of you.
When we discovered that Barber was a thug, we took steps to let all know that were involved with us.
HOWEVER they (and you know who you are) chose to "stand by their man" rather than take a look at the evidence and make an informed decision.
THEN when we let the "public" know, all of a sudden you (the stand by your man guys) are singing the "you screwed me and I don't want to trust you" song.
HELLO ! WE did not screw you, we tried to inform you as to what we had found. We are the ones that took the steps to stop him and we are the ones that are getting the grief! from some that were a part of the OLD FRTF.
People it is time to grow up and move forward - take responsiblity for your own actions or mis-actions. When we consume our time with - who screwed who - we don't have time to work in a constructive manner .
I appreciate everyone of you that are here to network and get along and share the wealth of information that is avaliable.
I too, find it a bit difficult to really take anything at face value anymore and am a bit more apt to look a little deeper.
When it comes to us, look all you want, we are very open about who and what we are.
I do not regret taking the steps to cover all of our asses(ts). Some lost more than others -
I still have my integrity intact and am looking forward to a NEW YEAR

for one i did not stand by him I told outhers to step back I felt something was not right and if you could talk to mike he would tell you what I said to him I can not post here do to the words I used to let him know what I would do to him and I told yall I would not take sides on this and I did not....

The post about moderators already exists so I deleted the new one. Look for it on another page it is there. Also you will find the ground rules layed down by the Admin of this site, maybe I should have pointed that out so you would understand what will be tolerated and what will not. As far as beefs? It has all been one sided, I have not attacked you once and even left posts that were untrue about my company untouched. I will not let you keep on doing so I will move them so the other moderators can take a look at them and decide what should be done. If what you had to say was true that is one thing but to use oranges when you are talknig about apples is another. See I still have not attacked you and got the point across.

people a new year is fast approching--we need unity to survive the coming govermental challenges--if we can not play together how will we fight the left wing a-holes trying to give criminals even more freedom and put us into extinctionthe answer is WE CAN'T period

I know bloodhound, mindtracker, hounddog(and his better half) all of them are upright honest people doing an impossible job-I call each friend and would work with any of them and assist any of them 24/7-also i would come their aid if needed anywhere in this country if called(there are very few people i would do that for outside my crew and family)

the barber situation caused many waves through out this industry-some we have not even seen yet-the capitol bonding situation also caused major damage to this industry all of this is behind us

competition is keen these days some of our members territories over lap causing tensions--sometimes clients of one bea seeks to change and contracts with a different group-laws change causing problems with licensing in some states---THIS IS ALL CALLED COMPETITION-a little competition is healty it keeps us sharp-it causes better customer service--it also causes major problems-with all the 3 day wonders with poor training and skills willing to take almost nothing from the bondsmen for apprehending the skip-we have to deal with it all.in my area of operation mass nh vt and me-i have comp in mass vt and me only in nh there only our team and licensed pi we have effectivly closed them out of this market -if i find an unlicensed bea operating in this state i will personally have criminal charges brought against those people--in the three other states in wich i operate in no licenses are needed so it is wide open--other people do operate with some success I say good for them--I also share the pie i do not hunt outside my ao i sublet to people i trust and they sublet to me-that method saves booth time and money for my bondsmen and helps in our success rate--for example i do not hunt in ny(all though i could get a license anytime)depending where my skip was i would sublet out with becpa or another bea in the area where the skip lives--SO IF YOU HAVE COMPETITORS IN YOUR AREA OF OPERATION GIVE THEM THE RESPECT THEY DESERVE-IF THEY ARE ILLEGAL ASSIST THE PD AND HAVE THEM ARRESTED--IF ONE OF YOUR COMPETITORS NEED HELP HELP THEM YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN YOU GET INTO A SIMILER SITUATION

I remember talking to Mike about tracing a skip for me once and blondhound told me I'd be better off not using him.
