Talk about free advertisement there. Awesome to see that some states allow that. Some areas will not allow that due to state liability laws. Though it is not illegal to post wanted or sometimes captured fugitives online, through web, and through business, some attorneys have found loop holes by allowing captured fugitive to file claims against bondsmen and recovery agents by leaving their pictures up to long. I was advised by my friend (US Marshal) that the defendants can file claims of slander and defamation of character once left up after arrest even if it says captured. So, what I did with my website, is pushed the captured fugitives tab to a link only accessible through the secured log-in of the forms page. Thus, allowing only people with access to see the captured fugitives. It is a redundant process, but it is better to be safe than sorry.
