There is a video segment from the 2006 PBUS convention that, to some, is/would be absolutely hilarious! 'Dog the bounty hunter' was the keynote speaker and while he was prattling on like he does, about who gives a f@ck, the camera would occasionally pan the crowd. It passed over industry pros like Rex Venator, Rob Dick and Leonard Padilla and there opinion of the mighty DOG was pretty obvious! It is something that outsiders, or DOG fans would probably miss in its subtlety but its quite amusing.

Is anybody familiar with this vid and do they know where I can find it? I heard that A&E bought the rights and stowed it but I don't know.

If my memory is correct, I believe only A&E was allowed to tape that session. I am sure they would not want it back out so that it could be used as a lampoon of him.

Also, they obviously left out my exchange with doggie and bethie.

Well,

I believe you are talking about when the Chapmans were invited to the PBUS convention and bethie was actually the guest speaker. She rattled on for awhile and then took questions from the audience.

Of course most questions were directed at doggie. It became a love fest and I could not take it anymore and asked under what law did he and his crew have the right to go to Mexico after Luster.

Well bethie stumbled around the issue for awhile and doggie did not have any law that he could point to that legitimized his trip into Mexico.

So after awhile, bethie finally called me a weasel becauseshe said if I saw someone robbing a convienance store and I did not do anything, I was a weasel!

I know, what did that have anything to do with going to Mexico? But that is how they handle questions they can't answer.

That sounds like a good time. Legitimate question.

The room was packed with their "admirers" and at least some of them knew she didn't have a clue of what she was talking about when she was trying to explain why doggie "lawfully" went to Mexico.

On the other hand, some people are awestruck by celebrities, no matter how empty they are.
