Recieved this email today and was wondering if anyone knew anyhting about it or recieved the same?
My name is Mike Padilla and I am the Loss Mitigation Specialist for Fairmont Specialty Group, Houston, Texas. I am currently conducting a run off of Immigration Bonds from an agent in Houston. I am seeking bounty hunters in throughout the United States, the rate is $750.00 per pick up (expenses are negotiable based un success). These are not criminal bonds. If you are interested or know of any recovery agents (bounty hunters) that are interested you may contact me

From what I hear, the Immigration bonds are BAD Ju-Ju. If I remember correctly, they are civil matters with no right of arrest. UNLESS you can get a Super Secret Double Naught Spy Letter from INS.
I may not be entirely correct, but do your research.

I am with you. I would not touch them especially for a flat rate of $750.00.

I totally concur. I want nothing to do with immigration bonds... not even for twice the fee.

I worked an immigration bond here in California about 2 months ago. We researched the arrest procedures and found out we can take them directly to INS in los Angeles. My Partner and I staked out the location for four hours. The defendants came out of their apartment and we made contact. They had documentation from the court for an extension.
Contact was made with the bondsman and we got 10%.
We did not get to INS so I cant help out with booking procedures.
Hope this information is useful.

For some reason, there has been an influx of "Immigration Investigators" here in the Midwest. I have run across three in the last month, looking for individuals that have been seen or given an adress here in Kansas City.... guess they didn't like the southern states? LOL

This isn't the Mike Padilla with Padilla bail bonds that was featured on A and E?
