Kittygirl... I think LuVonda was referring to your post... if I am not mistaken... the above, highlighted text is a definite offer to provide information...

I hope this clarifies your question... mam.

With all due respect….again….there is no mention of offering any information, only to help if there is a need; meaning, a service that can be provided for her or anyone else with similar situations. This service does not in anyway come with how to instructions.

Not to get into this discussion further I will only offer... my answer to you was in response to a post that frankly inferred a bit of sarcasm in your response to LuVonda, she didn't deserve that, she was only offering you good solid advice. Get off your high horse young lady... you are in company of members that may actually offer you helpful advice, mam... as you say, with all due respect.

The advice has been noted....but the context of your response is way out of line.

I am going to answer the original post only because this has gotton way off track and the poster is from another country.

In the USA the general public only has access to public listing(In the phonebook and were the owner of the number posted it on the internet) When the site you went to wanted you to pay is because it was a unlisted number, Private or a cell number

I would like some owners of some phone numbers.

the above quote is the reason that I answered the way that I did and responded to kittygirl about

Quote:
if there is something that I may help you with, feel free to contact me.

providing info.

If a person has a persons # then they would already know that persons name. It sounds to me as tho someone has someones detailed phone billing and is wanting to know who that someone is talking to. Now, I could be wrong.

Quote:
I only ask since I am from a different country where such information is free via the phone books searches

But if this person is able to get this information via the Internet in another country . . . . then all this person has to do is go to that link . . . and waLA!

So, I hope that you understand KittyGirl . .. I was not being derogatory to you . . . just pointing out something that we all must be aware of. The right info in the wrong persons hand can actually be deadly. I for one do not want to be responsible for anything like that . . . under the guise of "just helping" . . .

and, Bill was right. You took the stance (climbed up on that horse) that I was attacking you. If had not advised you to be cautious when dealing with those like this person, I would have not been looking out for the Industry as a whole. . . . But this is something that you should have already been aware of thru your pre-education.

As you have not been around a lot I am hoping that your business is flourishing and that you are happy with the direction that you have taken.

When a chain needs pulling, I pull it, and yours needed a tug... that is all I have to say. Have a nice day.
