This time the bondsman may have over acted. Either way, still bad press for the business.

Ridiculous,it doesnt sound like it but it may have been indirect spray.Either way you do not use subject control spray on children,Also you dont strip your defendant.As a matter of fact in this case it was a female defendant so he should have had a female there to search her if needed.
