I DIFFER A LITTLE FROM REX POINT IN THAT IT IS MY OPINION WHAT DU DU DID IN MEXICO WAS FOOL HARDY ILL ADVISED AND A COWARDS WAY OUT AND TOTALLY MONEY MOTIVATIED.IF I HAD WORKED THAT CASE AND SPOTTED LUSTER MY FIRST PHONE CALL WOULD HAVE BEEN TO FBI INFORMING THEM OF THE PRESENT SITUATION AND THAT I WAS STAYING ON SURVAILENCE.
AS FAR AS TRAVEL ABROAD-I CONVICTED FELON CAN TRAVEL ANYWHERE IF THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION ALLOWS HIM IN-SOME COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW FELONS TO ENTER OTHERS DO NOT CARE.AS FAR AS CANADA IS TODAY FELONS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THEY NOW CHECK AT THE BORDER -WE ALSO TURN AWAY FELONS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES AT OUR BORDERS

ANOTHER PROBLEM HE PERPETUATES THAT PROPLEM BY TEACHING HIS SON AND NEPHEW AND ANY BODY ASSOCIATED WITH HIM HIS VIGILANTE WAYS AGAIN JUST WATCH THE SHOW IT IS PLAIN AS DAY-NO I AM NOT ALWAYS RIGHT OR PERFECT(AND I CAN NOT SPELL WORTH A DAM)BUT I STRIVE TO DO IT RIGHT AND MOST OF THE TIME I SUCCEED

Lisaw... one does not need a passport to get into or out of Mexico if you have an American driver's license. All you need do is to pay the entry fee if you cross by bridge. If you fly to, let's say Puerto Vallarta as Chapman did, once you go through Immigration to retrieve your baggage an officer stands by the doorway and requests that you press a button. There will be a red and a green light that lights up in random fashion. If the light is green after you push the button, you can pass without your baggage being checked. If it lights red, you will be directed to another officer who searches through your belongings. It's quite an amusing system.

As regards Mr. Chapman and his associates... I have removed the report I wrote on him from my website. The general public and the media are in a dysfunction mode and nothing anyone says or proves is going to change it (for the time being). When the 'other shoe drops', as I believe it eventually will, and the media/viewing public returns to "true reality" instead of the absurd, I will be ready to once again post the truth about Mr. Chapman and his vigilante mannerisms.

Concerning Leland being hit... Mr. Chapman saw what was happening and stood behind a car without even going to his son's defense. Although Leland asked for the beating with his own false bravado knowing the camera was running and his father-like BIG MOUTH there is absolutely no excuse for 'Duane' not going to his son's aid. In fact, he was watching Leland cowering on the ground with such intensity he didn't see the guy coming from the rear who whacked Chapman in the back of his head. I don't believe there is a pro BEA out there who would not immediately disassociate himself from any of his team members who did not rally to the aid of another team member.

Agreed... they had their bail skip in custody and no further need to "discuss" anything with any of those in attendance. Get the bad guy and get the <explective> out of the area. Period!

One good result of A&E's showing of Chapman and his crew is... they display a lot of "what not to do" allowing others to learn.

I was beside myself as I watched Mr. Chapman take cover behind a vehicle while his son was totally defensive on the ground with two people attacking him. I've been in many street/jail situations with badge personnel during full-blown fights, and, had any of the officers acted as Mr. Chapman, Mr. Chapman would have ended up a probationary release or would have ended up on the working alone list.

One night we were forestalled by a highly intricate barricade. I was literally put through an open window by my team mates. I tucked and rolled up onto my feet as the thumping sound of a second team mate rung out behind me. We secured the bail skip, couldn't get the door open from the inside, and had to extricate out the entrance window.

I suspect that had Mr. Chapman been my backup, there would not have been any backup coming through the window after me; I would have been on my own.

It is so critical to observe team cohesion and to be able to fully depend on one another during arrest operations. The simple fact is that any one of us could end up attacked during an arrest, and we must all rush to the aide of one another when things go sideways.

At the same time, the total surroundings must be kept in view and tunneling has to be avoided lest shots from behind could happen as in the case during the Leland Incident.

Mr. Chapman was lucky that the attacker threw a wild punch instead of using a weapon such as a stick or edge blade.

The Leland incident is an excellent training source for what not to do.

You are responding to a dead guy. Lance Wilkinson was famous in this industry, was an educator, accomplished author, Bounty Hunter and industry icon, and he has since passed on.

When you type in all caps, you are shouting and on the internet and it is rude.

When someone points out factual information and you don't like facts or don't agree with what is written, it is not automatically jealousy. The facts are that he is a convicted felon and not allowed to work in most states. The fact that he has made money in this business, God bless him, so many others have not.

Dog may have his loyal followers, but I'm not one of them. I do sometimes watch the show, but only for kicks. I watch all the mouthing off, acting tough, and illegal maneuvers. My co-workers and I laugh and wonder how they'd do in some of the areas we go into. Most of our skips are found in NE Minneapolis and South Saint Paul, two of the worst areas you could ever want to be in. You handle things as quietly and discretely as possible. Real guns (let alone paintball guns) don't intimidate anyone. We searched one defendant's house to find two loaded Glock 40's, a loaded AK 47, a loaded AR 15, a loaded shotgun, and a loaded rifle. All in his bedroom. Probably a good thing he wasn't laying in bed at the time! Walk in there and yell something like " We got you now boy. It's the Dog!"

So the posters on this board have been unfair to Duane? And to prove your point, you dredge up a four year old post written by a man who has been dead for almost that long and proceed to lecture and deride the forum in capital letters. Isn't there a
Yahoo group you can go pester now that you've gotten it out of your system? Maybe they will be impressed by your keen insight and vast knowledge of the Colorado legal system.

BTW, I am a big fan of Dick Tracy (everything but the Warren Beaty movie, anyways). I've read his comic strip for years. The first "Big/Little Book" I ever owned for my own was about Dick Tracy, and I can unequivicollaly say," that, you sir, are no Dick Tracy).

I got a good look at the badge. It is a black dog's head. It appears to be that of a German Shephard. It is in fact a dog's head.
