You must register as a sex and DRUG offender within 10 days of your conviction, our upon release from serving your jail or prison time.

As mentioned before, only witnesses were those on the scene and 3rd party from LE. Couldn't and wouldn't dare side either way at this point. All I can say is, if he was in the right, I hope all works out for him. If he did wrong, then he will just have to deal with what the system hands him.
