The first question would be to ask if there is commercial bail in Nebraska!

There is not commercial bail in Nebraska unless it very recently started.

There are four states that do not have commercial bail; they are Illinois, Kentucky, Oregon and Wisconsin. And there are other places where they have very little commercial bail, such as Maine and Nebraska.
I'd call your state's DOI for more info...
