So how can any company let an excited newcomer in our business handle the responsibility of going to a person’s home without first watching and learning how to handle situations in the field? Yes, I am a newcomer, and yes, I am excited; however, our laws in North Carolina state," a first year licensee has to work for one supervising bail bonds for the first 12 months, with the first six un-interupted",and a good supervising bail bonds knows what measure he or she should take when training and taking on newcomers into this field.
This is a huge responsibilty for them, and I can understand why.....I also believe in instinct, a natural born ability; personally, I actually have them both.... 
With added knowledge and skills, I'll capture skips with a 95% rate, that's my goal.
On a lighter note: I'm not confused about what weapons to use, just debating on which weapons to use.

Jay, I wasn't attacking you or anybody else. I simply posted that no weapon was non-lethal based on posts by others' personal research or experiences. Everything depends on the use of the weapon. A kitchen knife could be considered lethal if used as such, but would be hard to prove as such as to proving a violation of probation or parole.
