Sorry RWB, bad attempt at my humor................meant gas chamber as in cs/oc exposures like in the Military, LE training and such they get blasted by mega gas and take off our masks and recite stuff and sqwawk like a chicken (actually saw a guy have to do that once--I think some trainers are a bit sadistic esp. when they get to keep their mask on during the fun) Hit, in as a shot of the stuff...........some guys who are a little off actually like or at least pretend to like an exposure. I personally always hated it and would rather go to the Dentist even.............. but what do you do???
Colder than a witch's breast up North here.....................................-35 below wind chill last night--supposed to be colder tonight....

We also have temps like that at times, so I am there with you, even though my temps aren't that bad right now. I am even worse since I chose to move here from TX. 40 degrees here feels like 20 there because of the difference in humidity. I can deal with that. It's the wind that gets to me, and we have it all the time.
At least our state knows how to plow the roads and melt the ice and snow. It isn't perfect, but it is better than the ice I had to fight there. Three words... Four Wheel Drive!

Also, Northland, you will get a variety of responses from each of us. That is because we all rely on our personal experiences for our knowledge. We also have a wide variety of humors. Take everything we say, and develop what legally works for you. We are all in different areas, and work in different ways. As long as we are legal and successful, that is all that matters.

Thanks Kathy, I appreciate the post and frankness. I understand what you are saying.
I love Colorado--now that's the real God's Country. I lived in Denver for a while back in the early 80's. Sometimes I wish I had never left, but it's always hard to stay away from ones roots. As I get older though, seems the tolerance for Cold goes down. I'm about ready to take the root and whole tree out of here and get some warm weather.
Something like -25 degrees with -41 windchill this morning.
