You have come to the wrong place to find anyone willing to give you "loop holes" in any state law or requirement as it pertains to our industry. The majority here strongly stand behind these laws and requirements as well as proper and recognized training.
I suggest you look elsewhere and/or hire a lawyer.
Good luck.

The only way you could work as a Bail Fugitive Recovery Person in California is to have the Governor (or President of the United States) grant you an unconditional pardon. This is very rarely ever done here. And you would need to have been crime free for at least 15 to 20 years and have several high ranking political people and well known business people send letters of recommendation to the Governor (NOTE: Do NOT try to forge any letters as they will verify their authenticity).
You would then need to hire an attorney to file all the necessary motions to have the conviction expunged. Approximate attorney's fee for this type of action is arounnd $10,000.00.

So this happened to you as a juvenile. How long ago in years? What was the charges or what were you convicted of?

IM NOT TRYING TO GO ANY ILLEGAL ROUTES TO GAIN CERTIFICATION. I HAVE A FAMILY OF MILITARY AND LAW ENFORCEMENT. I WANT TO DO THIS THE RIGHT WAY I JUST WANNA KNOW IF I STILL HAVE SOME KIND OF HOPE OF DOING WHAT I AM INTERESTED IN DOING. I DO PRIVATE SECURITY NOW, STILL , EVEN AFTER WHAT HAS HAPPENED. I HAVE MET WITH BUSINESS OWNERS AND HEAD OF SECURITY COMPANIES FACE TO FACE AND THEY DO JUDGE BUT THEY KNOW WHEN SOMEBODY IS PULLING THEIR LEG. SO I BY NO MEANS WOULD WANT TO DISRESPECT THE WAYS AND VALUES OF ANY KIND OF ENFORCEMENT POLICING WHETHER IT BE POLICING OR BOUNTY HUNTING. MAYBE I WORDED MY INITIAL ENTRY WRONG. IM NOT LOOKING FOR A CROOKED WAY. IM LOOKING FOR AN ANSWER AS TO WHETHER OR NOT I CAN EVER BECOME A BOUNTY HUNTER AFTER I GET THIS MESS CLEARED UP. THANKS

I have not responded in deferrence to the CA agents, and I still do so. They know what you need to do, and they are the ones that can advise you. They are the ones to listen to and follow.
