Correctamundo Luvonda, they have dodged the bullet for quite a while now, first by changing their name to East Coast Recovery Bureau for a stint before going back to USRB. I guess for the legalities of protection and probably name changes as of owners, partners, & corporation purposes. There have been hundreds of complaints filed & placed against them to many different authorities and governing agencies, not to mention private lawsuits coming from dissatified students which Im sure would equate to a very small percentage of duped students that would actually take the innitiative or have the money to afford to do so. I will agree though to lack of response and resources that NJ just cannot provide. For instance, there have been a multitude of complaints made to Dept of Banking & Ins (our regulators) as to the large number of bondsman that aren't even licensed to do business at all here in NJ, with their response being that they just don't have enough personel or hours in the day to persue & investigate these already proven facts. Just another sad state of affairs coming from our neck of the woods.

Does anyone know whats going on with these guys, As far as charges ? We all know they were arrested and charged, with fraud. But what has come of the charges ? I "PERSONALLY" SPOKE TO "BOUNTY HUNTER" AND HE CLAIMS,( READY FOR THIS ) THAT THERE WAS SOME KIND OF "MISUNDERSTANDING" AND THAT THEY WILL HAVE EVERYTHING STRAIGHTEND OUT WITHIN THE NEXT FEW DAYS. NEVERTHELESS, I DO HAVE SOME CONTACTS OF MY OWN IN THE (NYPD)(D.E.A, EASTERN DISTRICT) AND IM BEING TOLD DIFFERENT. AS FAR AS ABOUT ME,YA'LL KNOW MY NAME AND FOR ANY VERIFICATION YOU CAN CONTACT, SGT. ARCHIE VANPUTTEN,(NYPD) AT TD.12. I AM NOT GIVING ANY CONTACT INFO, BECAUSE YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO OBTAIN THIS INFORMATION ALREADY. ONLY IF YOU ARE LICENSED WILL YOU BE ABLE TO GET ANY INFO ON ME. SO IF YOU'RE A WANNA-BE, DONT WAIST YOUR TIME. THE NYPD ISN'T THAT STUPID. AND YOU WILL END UP IN PRISON..
THANKS AND GOD BLESS E SALAMAN/BEA....

and "those fools" would be? We here happen to take our jobs very serious and choose not to work with 'fools', we may goof around a bit but we are not 'dummies' by a long shot . . . Welcome to the Forum and enjoy the read.
