Make sure you get the PA ACT 235, check the State Police website for info. I would sugest you take it at Pistol People in Bensalem PA.
Steve and Linda Rementer run a fantastic program. DE has a BEA training program which they sponsor twice a year. There may also be private companies in PA giving Bail Enforcement or Fugitive Recovery training. Google it and see what you come up with. I have been through the DE BEA and PA ACT 235(Pistol People).
Good Luck and let me know how you are making out!

In addition to the excellent advice just given,
You may also consider taking Scott Harrell's online courses at compasspoint.com, NIBE training from Scott Olson, or training from Scott MaClean or Mel Barth at NABEA.
