DBKP has just learned that Tucker Chapman, the son of Duane "Dog" Chapman who, many contend, sold out his TV star father, has been arrested for violating multiple terms of his parole.

Drugs and associating with know felons are reportedly the causes for his return to the slammer. An earlier mention of blackmail could not be substantiated at this time.

Tucker Chapman sold the tape to the National Enquirer of his father uttering a racial slur during a perceived private phone conversation.

"Dog the Bounty Hunter" was pulled from the A & E Networks line-up, the show suspended, and in the aftermath, many of the shows fans were none too happy with Tucker Chapman and his girlfriend, Monique Shinnery.
A spokeswoman for the Bounty Hunter and his family this morning confirmed the arrest, which was first reported by TMZ. The TMZ report said Tucker Chapman is at the Oahu Community Correctional Center.

Mona Wood, spokeswoman for Duane and Beth Chapman, said the couple is currently in Los Angeles and will return to Honolulu this week and are not planning further interviews.
Duane Chapman said after he learned that his own son sold the taped conversation to the Enquirer, that "he still loved his son."
Excerpts from TMZ report about Tucker Chapman follow:

Here's what went down: Our sources say two weeks after the tape surfaced, Dog learned Tucker was using drugs and threatened to expose him to his parole officer. Then the tape dropped -- interesting timing.

After that, we're told, a parole officer made Tucker check in to a rehab facility, which, we hear, Tucker walked away from.

Sources tell us Tucker's parole officer executed a surprise home inspection this week, and didn't like what he found. The PO then brought Tucker in on Friday, revoked his parole and sent him to the slammer. Among his alleged violations -- associating with known felons, failing a drug test and walking away from a rehab facility.

TMZ also released a statement it said received from Dog Chapman: "I am heartbroken that this has occurred, but I am relieved that my son in now in a place where he can no longer hurt himself. To my bruddahs in the system: please don't hurt my son as he knows not what he does. I love my son and wish him the best."

Last week, A & E announced that the popular "Dog the Bounty Hunter" was back in production and new episodes would be airing later this year.

The Bounty Hunter has been about second chances and he was ready for his. Production was supposed to restart this week, according to TMZ.

So, "Dog the Bounty Hunter" is back in production.

And, Tucker Chapman is back in jail.

And that's as it should be, according to many fans of the TV reality series.

I have seen this line before. What is the second chance he is giving the "skips" he picks up? I don't see it. If they are giving second chances, they would reinstate the bond and let the defendants continue their court cases out of custody.

Not so here. They take them back to jail. So the PR crap the network is spewing is a bunch of self promnoting b.s.

I stopped watching the show years ago and will not watch it if it comes back. Its a big waste of time.

That Don't suprise me one bit. He is really a joke to the profession. Don't Get me wrong I use to watch the show but that was for laughs after a hard days work.

What is sad is when you tell people what you do for a living and they are like so you are like DOG. Then I go through the whole spill of no I am not.

1. I am not a convicted Felon I can Carry a firearm or any other weapon I chose.
2. I don't curse my clients and people i pick up and then start preaching to them. Why try to change them if they wanted to change they would do it already.
3. I Will not pick up a client just because the cosigner wants off the Bond. The 2 might have just had a fight is the reason some cosigners want off then they turn around and Bond them out with another bonding company.
4. I think every fugitive Recovery team should have at least one person with live ammo and another with less than lethal. DOG is a idiot when he says you don't need a gun that is BS because you don't know what is on the the other side of a door. you dont take pepper spray to a gun fight do you.

5. The bleach blonde hair and the leather vest looks rediculous.

He had no reason to go after luster he was not on bond with him or the Insurance Company. The only reason he did that was to become famous. If it wasn't for his pride he would not have got in all that trouble in mexico. I think he is a disgrace to the Bonding industry. As you can tell I dont like Puppy (Dog) I think he's a joke. He thinks he can justify anything he does. I

Dog's fan club supports him as a hero, but he had no right to go after Luster, and should face the charges that he would have faced if A&E hadn't paid off the Mexican government to get him out of them. That is an old story, and unfortunately the clown crew appears to remain the idiots hero.

He is very airigant how hard could it be to find someone on a island I have to find people through out the whole US and he just has to search for them on an island. I bet Beth does all their skip tracing. He always gets the credit when Tim or Leland catches someone. I really hope that show don't come back on A&E. They say it is though. some of my clients use to watch it and it reminded them to call in at 1:00 in the morning.
