OK well I'm not in bail enforcement but i recently heard that Oregon band fugitive recovery and that if you get caught you will get arrested for kidnapping. can anyone elaborate on this or give links to law info. thanks

You are correct, JD. You can be arrested for even transporting through Oregon, or having clothing or a vehicle that suggests you do bail enforcement. Do a search on your state laws and court cases.

Tickled my memory too, but it was DB Cooper flying out of Portland, OR. Thanksgiving Eve, 1971. Almost an anniversary of sorts...

Well he didn't get away with all the money.

Years later they found some bills near a river. Speculation is he got hung up in a tree or the bears ate him.

I think he's is still working at the post office!
