It is the law in most states, alhough a couple have no regulations (like Hawaii :wink: ) and a few have time limits on felonies.

I can't agree with my friends here 100%. There are special cases. In Arizona there is a Bondsman who got a special bill passed through the State house allowing him to practice his trade as a bail bondsman. It was a special case, but it has happened here. And he currently is in business. He also gives us a large amount of work.

lol Mark, 1 reason for a lack of responses is because no one wants any more convicted felons working in this industry.

Once a criminal, always a criminal...generally speaking. If anyone advises of where it is legal for convicted felons to work, then obviously that's where they will flock to.

So now this person knows they can go to Hawaii, and now possibly Az.

I'd prefer if no one else gave them any more help.

Just my own opinion.

You mentioned a baill bondsman. Some states may allow one to be a bail bondmsman but, not a bail enforcement agent. Or vice versa.
