I would be lost without her she is what makes The Rose Investigations what it is. She is the best Manager i could have ever asked for. Not only is she a great manager but she is my best friend. I love her to death. I wish i would have met her years ago.

I don't know why you refer to it as "strange"...Our bail system stems, in part, from Old English Common Law. It "Hopped the Pond" with our "Founding Fathers"...Afterall it is mentioned in our 4th Amendment.
