Heyyy it's SGT. CUPCAKE EVERYBODY !......
How was Belize ?
Mike, can't wait to see the pictures.
See ya soon.
Just so's everyone understands, Mike is in my old national guard unit which earlier this year returned from a tour of duty in the big sandbox overseas. Then app. 3 weeks ago his unit was deployed to Belize for 2 weeks. He just returned home about this time last week.
He is an E-5 in his unit, and is a squared away troop.
We have a tradition now when we go out...everyone eats a Hostess cupcake before we go out..Mike started this on his virgin fugitive hunt..so a tradition and nickname was born.

Belize was really hot there MACruffin.......since you want to share my background with everyone and embarrass me like a mom showing naked baby pics to a g/f............why don't I tell everyone why we call you MacRuffin? LOL.....no seriously though, Belize was alright, it was really really hot all the time, we slept in tents with no AC of course, and I learned that the Army has a nack for deploying a soldier to some of the most interesting places in the world, but they always find the armpit of the country and make you stay there.....lets just say I will never drink coconut rum again...

TONY ! Belize is where all the good herbs for self remedies are grown - what would I do without my Kava kava.
So they better be protecting it
By the way Mike, welcome to the board. If you can get along with Ruffin the rest of us are cakes

LuVonda,
Do they have a cure for that itch I mentioned in the other thread?
Kava kava? I better ask the Boss about those herbs and stuff. For me if it doesn't come out of a box with a zillion chemicals names that I can't pronounce, I don't use it!
Didn't you guys ever hear the slogan,
"Better living through chemistry."
I'm living proof of it. If you ignore the third eye in te middle of my forehead and the 6 toes!

I do have a book on herbology and remedies, I don't use anything that I can't pronounce. I can't wait to see that third eye(in the middle of your forehead) and you know Marilyn had 6 toes.
The itch - use witchhazel - smells like old bong water (yep, smoked in the 70's and 80's) but it works on bites, scratches and itches.
Oh and aloe gel works great too.

I can not pronounce most of the medicine they have me on. It's scary but i have looked up everything. I just don't think it is a good thing to take 9 different pills twice a day.
