Phil, I found this site in researching process servers. Almost every industry website i.e. forum, directory, referral system etc. charges fees. http://processserversglobal.com/ad-costs.php

Great Idea, I also think that we should pay for the directory service and submit an application for membership. We do need to remove all the fakes that are just here to create drama.
Thanks for providing the service for free, I have benefit from its services for the past few years.

I have to go with the paid listing concept. Whether it's a Premium listing or not, the listing is well worth the cost. I also agree that paid listings would go a long way towards keeping all those 'not so serious recovery agents' out of the picture.

Was getting ready for a long reply about the FB people who were asking folks that were FRN members to "unfriend" them. Instead, I am opting to simply repeat what I just said to Deb. "There's an awful lot of petty bullshit out there!"

This website....has been without a doubt not only informative, but has also been giving me more knowledge and avenues to pursue in seeking my success in the Fugitive Recovery/Bail Bonds Industry and determination in even pursuing starting my own Bail Bonds Business....I would love to see something like this offered! Just my Opinion!

I am working on a System currently - I will have to test it to see if it functions correctly. Should hopefully have something by end of next week.
Maybe I should run another poll to see if we should have a free directory or have the Standard be a small cost (and what price) as well as retain the Premium listings.
Ideas?

You already have the email of those listed in the directory, perhaps you could set a rate i.e. $20 or whatever you decide, put a notice on the FRN front page and in the forum. Then invoice via Paypal with a due date, those that choose not to pay the invoice would be deleted and there you have it, a paid directory.

You need payment options, not just 1. I don't use paypal, never will again. Tried them out a few yrs ago, they tried stealing $200 from me. Took several weeks to get it all sorted out and I finally got my money. I've also heard of other horror stories involving these crooks.

I will create a poll on whether to keep the free listings or make them paid - and if paid what annual amount. Then all forum members could vote I would then send a link to the Directory Members as well letting them know about the potential changes. SpanielPI wrote: You need payment options, not just 1. I have never had a problem with transactions when using their services. When I do have a question or concern, I can easily reach PayPal's customer service - even a LIVE person. In 2002, when they were acquired by eBay - I was concerned - however, the service and quality has maintained or improved. I have tried in the past using some other services but found them to be less than satisfactory. Plus, many are no longer in business. I have not found an acceptable alternative. However, if someone knows of a company that offers a similar service and has experience with them please advise. I will certainly look into other options.
