Ny Firearms licence ?

check out the web site packing.org it will give you lots of info--you need to apply at your local pd they will give you the apps and will finger print you-you will also need to bring 3 passport photos(from what i remember)
its is very hard to get a carry and conceal in nys and almost impossible in nyc --you have to give reasons for the permit and i would bet if you say bea they will deny the permit in a ny second--you also have to take a firearms safety course all of this is time and money.the powers in ny want this process as long and as hard as possible to discourage the honest citizen from getting his or her permit--remember ny as a whole is a democratic liberal state-- guns are only for bad guys-- similar to massachusetts.hope this helped a little call me if i can help
