NABBI restart??????????????

I posted on his FB page that the original members are not involved with the "new group." Also it looks like he copied photos from our old FB page to post on their FB page.

I don't remember who created our FB page. I don't know if I did because I can't find any admin logins for it. So, if anyone from the old group have access to the original FB page, please take it done.

They are also using the Original LOGO which John Marshall designed and holds claim to.

Contrary to what is posted on "their" NABBI FB page I did not email them anything about the original NABBI FB page.

They copied logos, photos and other info from the original NABBI FB page onto theirs.

Anyway, good luck to them as I don't see this going anywhere............

So this Fish guy says he is a process server, attorney and now a bail bondsman.... Took about ten minutes to realize this guy is not the real deal..... I would dig further but really don't have any interest to do that anytime soon.

Concerning the 501c or whatever status relates to "tax exempt" status... I would certainly think you would have to prove your tax exempt status before they would issue that certificate status... I don't think these folks have proven anything other than being extremely confrontational to everyone that has been the real deal in this industry... that in itself should give pause to anyone that is considering hooking up with these clowns.

Looks like Fish was ordered by the Courts in Colorado to stop practicing law and to remove their paralegal website in 2015. www.coloradoparalegalservicesinc

In my state (I'm checking Colorado) The first step is to go through the Secretary of State and the tax exempt status comes after that. As I get time I'm looking to see how this happened and who the players were in assisting this to happen.

I was not as active of a lot you folks in NABBI but I'm working to get the whole story on how this happened.


You that put so much time and effort into the original NABBI should know what and how this happened.

It may be true that you did not provide anything about the NABBI FB page but you did talk to this Fish Guy and provide some type of information. Don’t know why you want to portray some type of innocence here. Where where you in the whole FB post party when they first came out claiming NABBI. You have stated to Lion that you and Bill talked to these guys and agreed that they should take it over of is Lion not being truthful? They have even stated that they talked to you and Bill so I highly doubt that lion isn’t being truthful. You have really earned your claimed nick name of “The Weasel”

Don’t know why everyone questions this tax status as if that has anything to do with running NABBI
In order for you to own/run a company the company needs to be formed under the states department of State or Secretary of State or where ever companies are formed. Once that company is formed is when the ITS gets involved in providing a tax ID number and in NABBIs case tax exemption. The IRS does not provide or dictate as to who runs or owns a company. In order for this guy Fish to assume ownership of you will, is to have had it converted to his name. To my knowledge the one who officially formed NABBI was Tony. Now when that bite took place where Lion was voted president then the members list of the organization should have been changed showing Lion as the president. Was that ever done? I suspect not. I suspect that NABBI has remained in Tony’s name, therefore Tony was the only one able to close NABBI as a Corp or transfer it over. So which one was it Tony? Cause that is the only way this Fish Guy could have assumed “ownership” of NABBI
