I responded to the post. It is funny that bondsman should not make a living by posting bonds, but pretrial services should get paid to do their jobs...hmmm.

What Pre-Trial does here in Miami-Dade , FL is when a deft has more than one charge.. lets say for Example..

Count 1) Controlled Substance / Possession / With Intent to use $5000 Bond

Count 2) Cocaine Possession $5000 Bond

Count 3) Drug Paraphernalia / Possession / w/ Intent to use $1000 Bond

Pre-Trial will take the deft on Count #3.. leaving you the bondsman to take him out on Counts 1 & 2 .. leaving the Bondsman responsible to make sure the deft returns to court otherwise we eat the forfeiture and Pre_trial gets to say their program is working awesomely (N O T !) :twisted: ..
