So even after they conducted positive I.D. to the factor of it not being the correct person, they STILL tried to swindle some other moves. What happened to knock and announce if you dont have positive I.D. of the actual individual going into the structure? They stated "they" came in. If thats the case it was multiple guys. One guy couldnt cover the back as one does the knock and announce? They didnt even state if either of these people were co-signers? And if they were, did they sign a search waiver for unrestricted entry and search at any time? There are way too many question marks on this. In that manner cant really say whats wrong or right. Leave it to the media to leave important details out just to make someone look bad without full disclosure of details or even them knowing all the details.
