Well,
If the bounty hunter or the bail agents were NABBI members, they could have contacted one of our members in Florida or LA and had this guy picked up for a lot less than $5,000.

Tony, This is "Lying Bob" ...lol, who was friends with Kathy back when. He was voted in here by a hair. Last I heard his parents died, left an inheritance and he retired. Back when he also started a training school for Bounty Hunters. To my recollection everything seemed to be shady with Bob.
