A father loses to sons to a POST Murderer and he walks on a manslaughter charge. If it were a policeman killed, he would get strung up. This is bull shit and the people of that community should hold the state's attorney accountable.

This would normally call for the death penalty. But we have a State AG that will not prosecute or ask for the death penalty, even in the case of the murder of a child or LEO.

I have no clue why the Kern County DA would not at least try the case as a 1st degree murder charge.

In CA, there is no guarantee that this guy will serve the whole 38 years.
