One of the States that let you be what ever you want as long as you have $10. If the person in the article has done as they say he gets what he deserves but we also know papers & reporters, ,tv will make something more out of something than is really there.

Besides the first line of the article which simply states that he is.....where does it actually say, demonstrably, that this guy is a fugitive recovery/bail enforcement agent? It says he has impersonated a cop and a bondsman. If he is impersonating all of the above....then he is not, necessarily anyway, actually ANY of them!

It is just another black eye for the industry. Then of course it happens in a state that does not regulate bail enforcement agents. Let’s see what transpires in court proceedings, and how many anti private bail bond folks come out of the wood work saying the bail system needs to be changed.
