GREED . . . I have read the article twice . . . and I want to make sure I am correct when I assume that it was the Insurance Carrier that was the one that they were jacking. Were there people actually being recovered and returned to facilities or was this all just a papergame ? and . . . WOW . . . they just keep giving folks reason to think this business is just flippin SHADY

I remember this guy, he's been around the business for a while and made some high profile apprehensions. Apparently he made some very poor decisions and brought disgrace to himself and the profession. An unfortunate end to what "was" a promising career.
