Happens all the time.... probably the number one thing that was discussed in the DCJS meeting in Virginia last month.... here's the thing in that instance.... DCJS regulates the bonding community.... the other side of this misconduct has to be handled by LE and whoever regulates their activities... so what has to take place is a combined cooperation between LE and Private Security regulatory agencies..... and I need not comment on how likely, or unlikely, that is to take place..... but that is what is needed.
... of course here's another aspect.... the ones on the receiving end probably won't complain... the ones on the side that is "not" getting the calls is sorry because their business is suffering as a result and of course, will certainly attempt to correct the situation... but if the shoes were on the other foot... they probably wouldn't say anything... it is a strange combination of jealousy, misconduct, unethical deeds.... and profitable cooperation that always has someone on both ends of the deal........... and if it gets fixed in one instance... it surfaces in another... and that is simply human nature... but, just because it is true don't make it right....
