Well, isn't that just swell....
I posted a simple question that I am sure we all would like answered... "so.... who goes after the defendants if they fail to appear, and who pays for that action?"
If the defendant is not recovered, do the nonprofit organizations forfeit and pay the bond to the courts, as legitimate, licensed bondsman are required to do???
