This article was vague to say the very least. Why was the guy arrested for kidnapping? Maybe I'm missing something... I saw no mention of the stolen property or drugs other than he was charged with it. Help.

I don't believe that article was telling anything close to the whole story. The first thing I would like to know was whether Green was the couple's bail bondsman or had authorization from the bonding company to return them to custody.

Based on this story what did the bondsmen do wrong, it appears that he was revoking the defendants bond and took them into custody. However as others have said there must be a lot more to this story than what is written.

Sounds like Green (bondsman) was arrested after the drug task force used his client as an informant against him resulting in his arrest. According to this Green was after revenge however, not much of a bond for those types of charges.

If he bonded them then he is responsible for them abd will likely fet off of the charges.

He may have a slight problem with the two 'alleged' stolen trailers on his property and the 'alleged' stolen diesel fuel... and then the 'alleged' oxy pills.... all things considered, I think Mr. Green has a full plate and an exciting future ahead of him............... 8) of course, this is all "alleged"... as they say.
