It does sound bad but allegedly the fugitive was trying to run the bondsman over. Law enforcement is investigating. I hope it turns out to be justified....

Well you know the media won't make it easy for the whole story to come out, sadly. Here is the most recent update I found:

"The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office announced Friday that charges will not be filed against the bail bondsman wh fired a shot at Courtright's vehicle as he fled. Nathan Rockwell told investigators that the suspect was trying to drive into him and hit his vehicle as he fled the scene.

Kyle Courtright has still not been located as of Friday afternoon."
