I know this is an older post but this "Rhino" fella and bad boy productions are trying to get some money together for this new show called hunt america.I recieved this email on facebook........(sorry for the long post)
The following proposal is for advertising placement on the pilot and any subsequent episodes of
'Hunting America' hosted and produced by BAD BOY PRODUCTIONS and RHINO JAMES,
(hereafter referred to as the 'COMPANY.)
The 'COMPANY' is offering advertising considerations for the pilot and initial first season of 'Hunting-
America.' The 'COMPANY' does not guarantee any exposure past the pilot, which is being used to
engage the network/s to buy the series of 'Hunting-America' nor any guarantee of increased business
due to efforts of the 'COMPANY.' In the event that the networks DO NOT pick up the series, each
sponsoring Bondsman will receive ½ of his (or her) advertising fee, (referred to simply as the “FEE”)
as a refund. In the event that after the refund date, the network/s do pick up the first season series of
'Hunting-America,' each original sponsoring Bondsman has the option to rejoin the series with the
refunded half of the FEE.
The FEE is $50,000.00 and entitles you and your agency/business the following:
1.) Link on the upcoming website
http://www.HUNTING-AMERICA.COM that displays your company
information, and when clicked on, opens your own page with all your information. Examples of info:
Location of business, types of bonds you handle, Fugitive pictures and reward info, (if you are offering
any rewards) and anything you want to further your business and obtain more from across the US. This
is YOUR page, so anything goes. This portion of the advertising effort will remain for 1 year, even if
the series is NOT picked up.
2.) Your logo, name and number placed on the 'HUNTING-AMERICA' bus that we (RHINO JAMES'
PROFESSIONAL BOUNTY HUNTERS TEAM) is using to travel and promote the series.
3.) Placement on at least 2 episodes past the 'PILOT', if the series is picked up. If the series is picked
up, then 3 Bondsmen will actually be on the 'PILOT' and 2 additional episodes. The series will be aired
nationally as a weekly 1 hour episode. Each SPONSOR will be on a 20 minute portion of the hour
show. Your placement will entail an introduction to you and /or staff, discussion of your 'Most
Wanteds' for the show, to be worked by the 'COMPANY.' The 'COMPANY' does not guarantee
recovery of any 'Most Wanteds' or 'Fugitives.' Our recovery rate is 95% but as you know not everyone
is found. The series is normally 9 months for television.
The 'FEE' is payable in full upfront to BAD BOY PRODUCTIONS, whereas, 50% will be held in
escrow for the possible event the aforementioned refund.
RHINO JAMES and his team do not charge a recovery fee for any of the sponsored bondsman's
fugitives. The standard recovery fee is waived and covered in the 'FEE' for the first initial season.
This therefore does not put RHINO JAMES and his team in conflict with your current recovery force.
RHINO JAMES and his team are not wanting to replace your current people. Any recovery fees should
be paid to your existing enforcement people.
The following conditions for fugitives must be met to be deemed as workable: 1. Your fugitives must
not have been worked to death and found to be non recoverable, please do not waste RHINO JAMES
and his team's time and your money by having them work FTA's that are not retrievable. 2. The
fugitive has to be in the continental US. RHINO JAMES and his team will not work anyone found
outside the US except Mexico. Legally this takes two years to get them returned and in most cases
forfeiture will have been long paid by this time. If anyone is found outside the US, the recovery
efforts will be immediately stopped and deemed unworkable. Anyone found in Mexico, is probably
recoverable but extra expenses and fees will incur due to the nature of Mexico and its bribery system.
This is beyond the control of RHINO JAMES and his team. All expenses before the recovery of any
Mexico skip will be agreed upon before the team embarks on the recovery .
seems a little odd to me,anyone get this email also?
