A couple of guys here in Miami got jammed up the same way ..
I cant say that I feel sorry for her.. she caused her own grief and problems..

She was writing for one of my sureties. ASC is pretty good about screening their agents and doing annual audits.
If an agent sends in a late report, 30 days or more, they do not replace the powers. So, agents like her eventually run out of powers as they don't get them replaced.
